Hi !I’m Kirsty
My life has taken me all over the world, growing up in places like Brazil, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bangladesh and the UK. Ive also spent the last 30 years visiting India whenever I can. Each place has taught me something different about healing, resilience and what it means to truly come home to yourself.
I’ve been on a journey for over 3 decades studying and exploring the healing arts including yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, the Lineage of the 7 Rays and Aroma Point Therapy.
Not as separate studies, but as living threads that belong together. Each one has shown me a different way the body speaks, and how spirit moves through our everyday lives.
My work now brings these teachings into modern life in ways that feel grounded, warm and real. I help people reconnect with their own rhythm, their own breath, and the quiet intelligence that lives inside the body.
This is a space to slow down, to soften, and to remember what wholeness feels like.
